SGS Organizes Journalist Tour of ISO 9001:2015 Certified Hayat Medical Clinic in Tashkent
The clinic’s ISO 9001:2015 certification assures that risks are assessed and quality is ensured throughout all stages of the provision of medical services.
SGS is pleased to have organized a tour for journalists of the Hayat Medical clinic in Tashkent. The journalists were shown a children's clinic, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, a physiotherapy center and a hospital where patients can experience the most comfortable conditions for treatment and rehabilitation.
Hayat Medical, a private multidisciplinary medical center, provides diagnostic, outpatient and inpatient care. It received national and international ISO 9001:2015 certificates in June 2020. Patient procedures are carried out with the latest diagnostic and laboratory equipment, under the supervision of doctors and specialists who hold the highest levels of qualifications.
Mr. N. Nuritdinov, one of the clinic’s founders, noted that certification of medical services in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 ensures that existing risks are identified and assessed and that procedures and quality goals are defined at all stages of the provision of medical services. ISO 9001:2015 certification also ensures that all of the clinic’s activities are performed with constant and clear control of sanitary standards and hygiene safety requirements for all patients and staff, which is especially important in regard to COVID-19.
After the tour, the journalists reported on it on the TV channel and radio station Uzbekistan 24, as well as other leading radio stations and internet resources. This allowed the general public to learn more about the benefits of ISO certification and become acquainted with the capabilities of one of Uzbekistan’s leading clinics.
In an interview with Uzbekistan 24, SGS Business Manager Mrs. M. Rasulova, spoke about SGS’s activities in Uzbekistan and how ISO standards can be used to help enterprises in Uzbekistan with business development.
